Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Healthy Connections, Inc. provides medical, dental, and social services to residents of all ages in Western Arkansas regardless of ability to pay. Healthy Connections has discounted services for uninsured or underinsured persons for those who qualify, and low cost preventative care. We're excited to bring some of our Community Health Network services right to the river valley. Come see us at 3312 West Main St., in Russellville. At this location, we will initially offer Primary Care/Family Medicine, Women's Health Services, BioTE Hormone treatment, and individual, family, and group therapy through Evolve Behavioral Health Services.
